I spent thirty years inside multinational organisations — Galderma, Bacardi Martini, Nestlé Skin Health — holding senior roles in Data Governance, Project Management and Change Management. In parallel, since 2016, I have developed an ICF-ACC certified coaching practice with specialisations in Learning Coaching®, Mindful Coaching®, Group Coaching and Focusing.
This dual trajectory is not a contradiction. It is my value proposition.
I don’t do coaching from theory — I do coaching from the inside of organisations. I understand how processes, structures, pressures and power dynamics work. And I know what people need to grow within those contexts.
