I believe in the value of complementarity — between people, competences and different approaches. Some of the most significant experiences of my journey were born from unexpected encounters and collaborations built over time.

Know Yourself

The most concrete and continuous project is “Know Yourself” — an original self-awareness tool based on cards, designed for individual coaching sessions and group workshops.

It is not a game. It is an exploration tool: it helps to bring out values, thinking styles, relational dynamics and recurring blocks in an accessible, direct and often surprising way. It is used with individuals, professionals and teams.

Open collaborations

I am part of a network of professionals — coaches, trainers, facilitators, consultants — with whom I collaborate on specific projects when the context requires it.

Poetry as a tool

For years I have been offering creative writing workshops oriented towards introspection — for individuals, professionals and organisations that want to explore language as a tool for awareness and authentic communication.
